Dallis graduated with a degree in dance from York University in Toronto. Originally from Victoria, BC, Dallis has been choreographing, performing, and teaching fitness at all levels for over 20 years. Dallis holds AFAA certifications in personal training, Yoga and aqua as well as a certification in group exercise from the National Fitness Leadership Association in Canada. She has been fitness director at Bay-O-Vista since June of 2004 and has been refining their fitness program ever since. Bob (or Trainer Bob as he is known to many of his students) has been focused on personal fitness his entire life. His interest in learning more about the body, how it works and is meant to move, came from his love of staying active. Bob has completed more than a half-dozen marathons, numerous triathlons, has competed in many adventure races, qualified for the Boston Marathon and has run a half iron-man. Bob loves skiing (both downhill and cross-country) and was at one time a member of the National Ski Patrol. Bob includes a stint as ski instructor for Club Med in the French ski school. For hobbies Bob enjoys gardening, bicycling (both road and mountain) with his wife, and running through the hills of his neighborhood with his daughter, stroller in tow.
