Running out of ideas on how to pull your youngsters away from the TV, computer and cell phone?
Kidfit may be just the solution.
Kidfit Jr. (ages 7-11) and Kidfit Tots (ages 4 - 7) uses light weights, balls, tubing, geo-mats and bosu to introduce kids to the world of fitness in a fun, safe and exciting way. They're introduced to the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through various formats and games.
Kidfit Tot Yoga (ages 4 – 7) is a newer class that will teach yoga basics at a fun and appropriate level for young bodies.
