If you're just starting out or enjoy a slower pace, Gentle Flow Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays might be best for you. Yoga however is intensely personal. Styles vary among our instructors so we encourage you to try them all. Whether you're working with Jodie, Carey, Jen, JoeEtta or Dallis, all your sessions at Bay-O-Vista will improve your strength, posture, core and flexibility. And all are included in the price of your regular monthly membership dues.
